What happens when it rains?
We work rain or shine. In a heavy downpour we may shift your visit to the next dry window, and we’ll text you either way. Grass swaps run on schedule — covered balconies don’t care about the weather.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most visits happen while you’re out. Yard service just needs gate access; for grass swaps, a doorstep, porch, or lobby handoff all work — tell us what suits your building.
How does gate access work?
Share your gate code or leave the gate unlocked on your service day. We latch it behind us every time — and the photo we text you shows it closed.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes. If a visit isn’t up to scratch, text us within 24 hours and we’ll come back and make it right at no charge.
Can I cancel anytime?
Anytime, with a text. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Founding customers keep their locked pricing for as long as they stay subscribed.
