Standard size is 24″×20″, right for dogs up to about 25 lb. We removed monthly swaps because a used potty patch should not sit for four weeks.

When does service actually start?
September 2026. A refundable $49 deposit holds an available route and is credited to your first month. Cancel before your first scheduled visit and we refund it in full.
Do I need to be home?
No, and most customers never are. Yard service needs gate access, nothing else. For grass swaps a doorstep, porch or lobby handoff all work — tell us what suits your building and we work with it.
How does gate access work?
Share a gate code or leave the gate unlocked on your service day. We latch it behind us every single time, and the photo we text you shows it closed. If your dog is loose in the yard, tell us on the form and we will work out the safest routine with you.
What happens when it rains?
We work rain or shine. In a genuine downpour we may move your visit to the next dry window, and you will get a text either way — never a silent no-show. Grass swaps run on schedule regardless; a covered balcony does not care about the weather.
Where does the waste actually go?
It leaves with us and is disposed of through commercial waste channels. We never leave it in your bins, and we never leave it in a neighbour's. Used grass goes the same way — it cannot legally go in an LA green bin once a dog has used it, which is exactly the job we are taking off your hands.
Is there a contract?
None. No minimum term and no cancellation fee. Monthly service renews until you cancel; cancel online, by text or by phone before the next billing date and you will not be charged again.
How big should the grass be?
The standard 24″×20″ suits dogs up to roughly 25 lb. Go large, 24″×36″, for a bigger dog or two small ones. Not sure? Pick standard on the form — we size it with you before the first delivery and there is no charge for changing your mind.
Are you licensed and insured?
We will be carrying general liability insurance from the first day of service, and we will send the certificate to any customer who asks. Techs are W-2 employees, not gig contractors — background-checked before they are on a route.
